The Role & Expectations
As a Training Consultancy Director, you run a team that helps businesses teach their people better. You meet with clients to understand what skills their staff need, then design training programmes that fit. You lead your team of training consultants, making sure they do great work and keep getting better at what they do.
Most days you will be talking to clients about their challenges, reviewing training plans your team has created, and checking that the training actually makes a difference. You will set the direction for the business, hire talented people, manage the finances and stay on top of what works well in training and education right now.
Daily Responsibilities

- Oversee the creation of training materials, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance service offerings.
- Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and business development opportunities.
