The Role & Expectations
As a Royal Air Force officer, you lead teams and manage air operations. You plan missions, make decisions in fast-moving situations, and make sure your team is trained and ready. You work with other branches of the military and allied countries, and you may specialize in areas like flying, engineering, logistics, or intelligence.
Your work includes planning complex operations, training junior officers and staff, and handling emergencies where quick thinking matters. You are responsible for the safety of your team and for achieving the mission. Daily Responsibilities

- Participate in community outreach and represent the RAF at public events.
