At this stage, you will take on more responsibility, managing your own caseload and developing care plans. You will also lead support groups and collaborate with other professionals to enhance client care.

In a senior role, you will oversee a team of workers, develop programmes, and influence policy within your organisation. You will be a key player in shaping the future of substance misuse support services.
